Tartar Sauce
- 1 cup Vegenaise (or Mayo)
- 2 tbsp capers
- 3 tbsp pickle (small diced)
- 1/2 lemon (juiced)
- 1/2 tbsp old bay seasoning
- 1/4 tsp tabasco
- 1 1/2 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
- salt (and pepper to taste)
How to make tartar sauce

Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix with a whisk. Adjust the seasoning with old bay, tabasco, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside until ready to use for fish and chips or fish taco!
